If you would like to ask for a MagiSoft key code, please fill out all the information requested below and click the green "Submit" button at the bottom of this page.

To completely fill out the Key Code Request Form, you will need the 12-digit registration number that the MagiSoft program displays when you load the program. If you do not know how to obtain the 12-digit registration number, please scroll all the way down below and past the Key Code Request Form and read the info on how to obtain the 12-digit registration number.

YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR MAGISOFT PROGRAM WITH US

IN ORDER TO FULLY ACTIVATE THE PROGRAM

 

 

The Magi Society has set up its websites to allow purchasers to download the MagiSoft program. Downloading software is the fastest and most convenient way of getting a software program.  But allowing software to be downloaded creates the risk that hackers will be able to hack into our site and download the software without paying for it. This is one of several good reasons we have designed all MagiSoft programs to include a Copy-Protect Feature that essentially LOCKS THE PROGRAM and renders the MagiSoft program useless until an authorized user registers the software with us and we provide instructions on how to UNLOCK the program.

 

After you install your MagiSoft program, you will have to register the program with us or else the program will not actually function completely. 

 

Until you register the MagiSoft program with us and receive from us a Key Code to UNLOCK THE PROGRAM, the MagiSoft program you downloaded and installed will not work properly in these two important ways:

 

A:  The program will not display or print graphics and therefore will not display astrological charts

 

B:   The program will provide data only for the year 1999.  No matter what date you enter into the program, the MagiSoft program will change the year you enter to 1999.

 

(If you ordered any upgrades, the upgrades will not work either unless the MagiSoft program is registered with us and we give you the information you need to unlock the program. For example, even if you ordered interpretations, the MagiSoft program cannot access the interpretations unless the MagiSoft is registered and unlocked.)

 

In all of our MagiSoft programs, the program is locked and will not be activated until you complete the following steps:

 

a)       Install the program on a computer and load it; the program will then give you a unique 12-digit registration number specifically for your computer

b)       Contact us and give us the 12-digit registration number (this can be done by email or telephone)

c)       Receive from us the matching Key Code for your registration number

d)       Enter your Key Code using your keyboard; you will then unlock the program and activate the graphics

 

Below is a sample MagiSoft screen that should help you understand what we have just explained.

 

When you load the MagiSoft program, you will not see the Program Registration Window shown above. You must first click your mouse on the telephone number located on the upper left corner (as indicated in red letters above) in order to make the Program Registration Window appear on your computer screen. That window will display your 12-digit registration number (product serial number) and you must send us that number by using the above Key Code Request Form in order to receive the Unlocking Matching Key Code.

 

Below are the details as to how to unlock the MagiSoft program.

 

 

HOW TO UNLOCK THE MAGISOFT PROGRAM YOU INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER

 

After the MagiSoft program is loaded for the first time, you will see a large blank area with a rectangular shape. At the upper left corner of this large blank area, the MagiSoft program lists a phone number. To obtain your 12-digit registration number, first please click on the phone number that is displayed at the upper left corner of your blank graphics area. A window will pop up and it will display a 12-digit registration number. You must use the above Key Code Request Form to send us the 12-digit number so we can email you back the Unlocking Key Code for your computer.

 

Once you enter the Unlocking Key Code, your MagiSoft program will run and you do not have to ever reenter the Unlocking Key Code again to run your program.

 

To receive your Unlocking Key Code, please fill out all the information requested in the above Key Code Request Form and then click the green "Submit" Button at the end of the above form.

 

If you have two or more computers (most people do now), you may install MagiSoft on another computer as a backup. But you must own each computer on which you install the MagiSoft program (for example, you may not install MagiSoft on your computer and that of a friend). Each time the MagiSoft program is installed on a new computer, it will create A NEW AND DIFFERENT 12-DIGIT NUMBER and you will need a new Unlocking Key Code. The Key Code Request Form above has room for you to enter only one 12-digit number so you must repeat the process and fill out a second Key Code request for a second installation of MagiSoft and send us a second Key Code Request. (In other words if you need two Key Codes for two computers, you have to fill out the Key Code Request Form once with the first 12-digit serial number, and send that Request to us by clicking the Green "Submit" Button, and then fill out another Key Code Request Form with the other 12-digit serial number and again click the "Submit" Button.)

 

There is just one other important thing to be aware of:

 

You MUST install MagiSoft on the C: drive of your computer and the C: drive must be your boot drive (this is the case with 99.5% of all computers).
